Արման Գրուպը հիմնադրվել է 2003 թվականին: Նա իր հիմնական գործունեությունը սկսել է 2004 թվականին՝ որպես Արմեն Բաղդասարյանի «Արման» ընկերության տնօրեն։ Բելգիայի մայրաքաղաք Բրյուսելում բացվել է առաջին հայկական խանութը՝ ներկայացնելով հիմնականում Հայաստանից և հետխորհրդային տարածքի այլ երկրներից ներկրված ապրանքներ՝ հնարավորություն ստեղծելով Եվրոպայում ապրող հայրենակիցներին զգալ հայրենիքի շունչն ու համը, վերադառնալ երիտասարդություն և մանկություն։

Thanks to the hard work of its founder and the support of loyal partners, the company gradually developed and expanded.
