Արման Գրուպը հիմնադրվել է 2003 թվականին: Նա իր հիմնական գործունեությունը սկսել է 2004 թվականին՝ որպես Արմեն Բաղդասարյանի «Արման» ընկերության տնօրեն։ Բելգիայի մայրաքաղաք Բրյուսելում բացվել է առաջին հայկական խանութը՝ ներկայացնելով հիմնականում Հայաստանից և հետխորհրդային տարածքի այլ երկրներից ներկրված ապրանքներ՝ հնարավորություն ստեղծելով Եվրոպայում ապրող հայրենակիցներին զգալ հայրենիքի շունչն ու համը, վերադառնալ երիտասարդություն և մանկություն։

Thanks to the hard work of its founder and the support of loyal partners, the company gradually developed and expanded. In 2017, a transportation company, **Limousine Service**, was established alongside it, serving Armenian, Belgian, and other international delegations, including prestigious organizations such as the **United Nations (UN).**

In 2019, the company expanded both in size—from **80m² to 1200m²**—and in product range. Today, **Arman Group** offers a wide variety of products, operating in both **wholesale and retail** across several European countries, including **Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Germany,** and beyond.

The company also accepts **cake orders**, with plans to establish its own production facility in the future.
